31301 + 31242 are seen at Ipswich on 9/9/78 prior to leaving with 1Z70, the 1705 return footex to Birmingham New Street. The 37 that can just be seen is on the 1715 to Cambridge, usually hauled on match days.Previous | NextNot a train you can normally photograph in daylight is 1B36, 0101 Ipswich to Peterborough TPO. Due to severe weather 31269 is seen on that train near Peterborough East on 15/2/79. Already it had stood there for four hours.
